Greetings and salutations, I'm Shay, A hobbyist Artist/Photographer, Cosplayer, Model and Crafter from the North Eastern USA.

You might notice that my Modeling, and Self Photography (including DA ID's) do not show my whole face. This is not because I am a robot. I am indeed a real person. However as much as the internet is an amazing tool for artists and art community, there are considerations to be made as it pertains to the publicity and ownership of ones work and online identity.

The internet is a Public Forum. Anything that is posted for other people to view on the internet can be shared, copied, altered, sold, "tagged" , re-blogged or linked elsewhere on other networks. (Yes, you can use digital watermarks, but that only handles the Legal end after the fact.)

I do not want my face to be used in Advertisements, or for Online social Profiles, Email scams, or other nefarious things that the Internet is known to do with photos.

(but if you are inspired and want to modify, paint, alter, or use my pics, just ask ok. promise I won't bite)

What started as a great problem, has over time, become one of my greatest defining styles as a photographer and an artist.

I enjoy the creative challenge.
